Dr. Anil K Gopinathan Pillai

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Anil Pillai is the Founder & Chairman of Ireland originated construction group “Airolink”. Dr. Anil is a Postgraduate in Business Management (Finance and Marketing). Also, he holds an Honorary Doctorate in Construction from University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Like many of his illustrious peers, he made a very humble beginning over a decade back by started his construction business in Ireland. Under his leadership, many new initiatives have begun, and he has been instrumental in the transformation of Airolink BC ltd., Ireland to Airolink Group which has presence in Ireland, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and India.

Dr. Anil is a firm believer in the paramount importance of Corporate Social Responsibility and in extending a helping hand to the needy. In addition to his business interests, Dr. Anil’s philanthropic contributions extend to several Asian & African countries. Notable contributions include support and empowerment of the elderly, women and children by providing aid for their essential needs such as housing, medicine, education, vocational training and support for elderly care homes, to name a few. Towards honouring his contributions to charity and his commitments to the global social cause, on 13/06/2019, the United Nations Human Rights Defence Committee has conferred Dr. Anil the rank of CIPDH Expert – SC1 at Paris, France.

Mr. Deepak Sarath

Director of Strategy and Development

With a background in Engineering and Management, Deepak has dedicated majority of his professional life to enhancing and evolving his understanding of business concepts and modern management techniques. Over the last 13 years, he has applied his skills in the UK, Ireland, Singapore and the Middle-East on projects ranging from Telecoms, Engineering and Construction, Oil & Gas.

Broadly, his areas of expertise includes Business Management Systems (General, Finance, HS&E, QA), Legal and Regulatory Compliance, QA, HS&E, Employee relations and HR Management.

Ms. Remya Mohan

General Manager - HR , Administration & IT

Over 18 years of experience in both HR and as the General Manager of the company, she is responsible for formulating and successfully implementing company policies as well as planning for the companies’ long term and short term plans. Overlooks the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Solely responsible for introducing the ERP software and training the entire work force of the company for the same.

Mr. Tony Theckanath

General Manager

Having an overall 25 years of GCC experience, 16 years in UAE. He has good experience and capability in construction industry and worked the whole 19 years in engineering related projects as a senior manager. He has also worked for the renowned contractors in UAE.

Mr. Rabih Talih

MEP Director

Mr. Rabih is a Senior Professional in MEP Industry with 15 years of experience in Engineering and Construction of MEP Projects including 10 years in various managerial roles. Mr. Rabih is a graduate from University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and an award winner of Entrance and Continuing Education Awards for Outstanding Achievements, and a current member of Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) – Current Member. He is presently leading the Airolink Group's MEP Dept.

Mr. Vivek Nair

Finance Director

Senior Executive Member with 16+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment analysis, Treasury management, business restructuring, IT Transformation with emphasis on bottom line performance, enhancing shareholder value and process improvement across a broad spectrum of industries including construction, logistics, real estate, manufacturing, retail, technology, and family conglomerates. Strong technical expertise in FASB /GAAP / IFRS and associated technical issues, highly analytical, capable of providing strategic analysis and insight on top line. Ability to counsel and advice system leadership on a range of related matter. He presently leading the Airolink Group's Finance and Accounts Dept.

Anil Pahwa

Chief Operating Officer

Anil Pahwa is working with Airolink as Chief Operating Officer. He holds Bachelor's degree as well as a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with around 30 years of experience in the construction industry having held various key positions. He has accumulated diversified experience in various areas of construction management and strategic planning.

He is the member of “The Institute of Engineers” with certificate of “Chartered Engineering”. He was also assigned as “Management Representative” for ISO 9001-2000 certification. He plays a key role in the management and strong character development of the teams, to enable them to achieve challenging goals.
