Health & Safety

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for our employee’s and for those under our care. Our group’s safety records boast zero class one incidents, (an accident that results in a fatality or that permanently alters a person’s life) having collectively engaged in over three million man hours of labour. This record is testament to our extensive safety management systems which seek to minimise and eliminate lost working hours as a by-product of accidents sustained on site.

Our dedicated safety management teams oversee proceedings on site and conduct regular safety audits of every project, to ensure rigorous compliance with health and safety systems.

Quality

We provide clients with a professionally enhanced approach to project delivery. It is deeply embedded within company policy to provide a superior service to clients by understanding and responding to their needs and expectations, in addition to systematically managing projects in order to maximise the value for all stakeholders involved.

Anil Pahwa

Anil Pahwa is working with Airolink as Chief Operating Officer. He holds Bachelor's degree as well as a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with around 30 years of experience in the construction industry having held various key positions. He has accumulated diversified experience in various areas of construction management and strategic planning.

He is the member of “The Institute of Engineers” with certificate of “Chartered Engineering”. He was also assigned as “Management Representative” for ISO 9001-2000 certification. He plays a key role in the management and strong character development of the teams, to enable them to achieve challenging goals.

Dr. Anil K Gopinathan Pillai

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Anil Pillai is the Founder & Chairman of Ireland originated construction group “Airolink”. Dr. Anil is a Postgraduate in Business Management (Finance and Marketing). Also, he holds an Honorary Doctorate in Construction from University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Like many of his illustrious peers, he made a very humble beginning over a decade back by started his construction business in Ireland. Under his leadership, many new initiatives have begun, and he has been instrumental in the transformation of Airolink BC ltd., Ireland to Airolink Group which has presence in Ireland, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and India.

Dr. Anil is a firm believer in the paramount importance of Corporate Social Responsibility and in extending a helping hand to the needy. In addition to his business interests, Dr. Anil’s philanthropic contributions extend to several Asian & African countries. Notable contributions include support and empowerment of the elderly, women and children by providing aid for their essential needs such as housing, medicine, education, vocational training and support for elderly care homes, to name a few. Towards honouring his contributions to charity and his commitments to the global social cause, on 13/06/2019, the United Nations Human Rights Defence Committee has conferred Dr. Anil the rank of CIPDH Expert – SC1 at Paris, France.
