About Us

Founded in 1996, Airolink has evolved and grown from its roots as an Ireland based construction company. We specialise in residential, commercial and industrial projects with a strong proven track record in executing challenging Projects.

The UAE operations commenced in 2008 as a NATO-approved military contractor and after a successful list of Projects, Airolink began on its journey into commercial construction in UAE. Design and Build Schools soon evolved to be a specialty and Airolink was the “contractor of choice” for several prestigious projects. Working through a pipeline of projects later in the commercial and residential space in UAE, Airolink has now been entrusted with a chain of challenging Projects from an esteemed Clientele including the likes of Al Wasl, the UAE Ministry or HR and Energy, Bahrain Ministry of Housing and DP World, to name a few.

Over the years, Airolink has evolved our expertise with Design and Build Projects, amassing vast experience in Mixed development projects, schools, hotels, residential complexes, shopping malls and so on. Founded on strong financial principles and discipline, Airolink has now placed enhanced focus on strengthening its capabilities and resource base in Construction in a sustainable manner.

Anil Pahwa

Chief Operating Officer

Anil Pahwa is working with Airolink as Chief Operating Officer. He holds Bachelor's degree as well as a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with around 30 years of experience in the construction industry having held various key positions. He has accumulated diversified experience in various areas of construction management and strategic planning.

He is the member of “The Institute of Engineers” with certificate of “Chartered Engineering”. He was also assigned as “Management Representative” for ISO 9001-2000 certification. He plays a key role in the management and strong character development of the teams, to enable them to achieve challenging goals.

Dr. Anil K Gopinathan Pillai

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Anil Pillai is the Founder & Chairman of Ireland originated construction group “Airolink”. Dr. Anil is a Postgraduate in Business Management (Finance and Marketing). Also, he holds an Honorary Doctorate in Construction from University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Like many of his illustrious peers, he made a very humble beginning over a decade back by started his construction business in Ireland. Under his leadership, many new initiatives have begun, and he has been instrumental in the transformation of Airolink BC ltd., Ireland to Airolink Group which has presence in Ireland, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and India.

Dr. Anil is a firm believer in the paramount importance of Corporate Social Responsibility and in extending a helping hand to the needy. In addition to his business interests, Dr. Anil’s philanthropic contributions extend to several Asian & African countries. Notable contributions include support and empowerment of the elderly, women and children by providing aid for their essential needs such as housing, medicine, education, vocational training and support for elderly care homes, to name a few. Towards honouring his contributions to charity and his commitments to the global social cause, on 13/06/2019, the United Nations Human Rights Defence Committee has conferred Dr. Anil the rank of CIPDH Expert – SC1 at Paris, France.
